Lindsay Brown & Associates began life as a sole practitioner practice back in 1980. Since then, it has grown to a three director practice with eight staff.

Lindsay qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977 and progressed to Fellowship of the Institute in 1988. He established Lindsay Brown & Associates in 1984.
He is involved in all aspects of taxation, business structuring, valuations and private company directorships. He is also a registered company auditor.
Jeff Garnet Director
Jeff has over 25 years experience in public practice in providing advice to small to medium businesses and family groups. He commenced working with Lindsay Brown & Associates in 1989 and has assisted many long term clients.
He adopts a proactive approach in providing taxation, accounting and commercial solutions to clients from a broad range of industries.
Shane Wylie BComm (Acc) CA Director
Shane started with Lindsay Brown & Associates in 1999. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAA) since 2002 and has a broad range of experience across accounting, taxation and superannuation and the industries within them.
His approach is to develop an understanding with the client of their most crucial needs and then to educate them over time. This allows Shane to give the best value for money service possible. Shane also enjoys the challenge of difficult tax situations and is creative in his approach to solutions.
